Adjustable rotor cleaner
Weldment attached to the cut control bars to help manage build-up of net or twine left on the rotor.
Allows producer to help reduce build-up of net or twine on the rotor or to help minimize the amount of net or twine in the feed.
Bale lift system and frame
T-style frame with heavy-duty feed system.
A vertical bale lift system makes it more efficient to load bales and help reduce stress on the machine. Plus, the robust T-style tongue frame has no welds or gussets at high stress points and is bolted high on the tub, helping enhance durability.
Direct drive system
Power distributed through two gearboxes.
The design allows operators to expect less maintenance and helps increase durability and efficiency when compared to chain or belt driven processors.
Rotates and pulls material preventing fall-through.
An offset rotor rotates and pulls material through for more consistent feeding and helps prevent uncontrolled fall-through from slowing down the machine. Process whole bales of varying shapes (with a powered side-wall kit) and qualities to produce uniform windrows, hit tight spots along the bunk line or spread evenly up to 50 ft (15.2 m) for bedding.
Discharge located on same side as tractor hydraulic controls.

Rubber curtain at the backside of the machine and at discharge.
The unique rubber curtain helps minimize spillage from the back of the machine, with the ability to consistently feed over a 32 in (81.3 cm) feed bunk wall. The curtain can be raised to broadcast up to 50 ft (15.2 m).
Slat and chain bed
Feeds bale consistently into the rotor – reducing the need for reverse rotation.
The slat and chain bale rotation design feeds bales more consistently into the rotor, reducing the need for reverse rotation. Heavy-duty sprockets and chains allow misshaped bales to be processed more smoothly. Long-lasting bushings replace bearings. Split shafts let you perform maintenance without removing the entire bed.
Square bale capabilities
