FEATURES
Hydraulic lift and rake adjustment
Two lift cylinders work off of the same circuit to allow the operator to adjust raking height from the seat of the tractor. There is also a manual crank that allows you to set the rake pitch.
Helping to ensuring operators can get up and over windrows. Designed to minimize ash contact getting raked into the windrow for higher quality hay.
Quicker dry down
RR140 rotary rake is capable of making windrows at a minimum of 16 inches (1.3 m)wide and up to three feet wide depending on the volume of crop.
Rotary rake windrows tend to be "fluffier" to allow air to flow through the windrows for quicker dry down.
Swivel Hitch
Hitch allows the rake to follow the contour of the field by flexing up and down.
Tines
11 arms, each equipped with four double tines
This large number of tines helps minimize roping of the crop and instead create a fluffy windrow that has a quicker dry down. This non-ground engaging style of raking helps minimize dirt and rocks and is gentle on the crop, helping operator harvest a high quality crop.
Transport position
6’ 7” (2m) transport width
With a narrow transport width the RR140’s perimeter guarding on both sides fold directly up and the 11 arms hook into storing locations on the tongue. This provides ability to transport down narrow roads and through gate openings.
Wheel Design
Tandem wheel design
The tandem wheel design provides smoother travel for the rake in various conditions. The RR140 works well in a variety of crops and on different terrains. The two wheels compared to one will help minimize how much the rake drops which reduces the risk of picking up dirt when traveling through rough spots.
